Our videos are hosted and sold through Vimeo. Vimeo’s refund policy applies to these purchases. If you experience a technical issue with a Vimeo purchase, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your email address and name
  • Date of program purchase

We will work with Vimeo to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

2. Technical Issues with the Smarter Sense Website

Refunds for technical issues related to the Smarter Sense website itself (not Vimeo) may be issued at our discretion. If you experience a technical issue with the website that prevents you from accessing purchased content, contact us at info@smartersense.academy with:

  • Any error messages received

3. Refunds for Non-Technical Reasons
